With a premium account, they offer you productivity reports, automatic backups, email forwarding, calendar sync, project templates, an activity log, and priority support. Available unlimited activity history, you can manage up to 300 projects and collaborate with 25 people per project.

For the Business account, it supports 500 projects and collaboration with up to 50 people per project. They provide you with team inbox, admin and member roles, centralized billing, priority support and features from Premium account.

Once you get Todoist on your desktop or mobile device, you have to log in to create an account that can track your progress. You are given (4) options: Google, Email, Apple ID, and Facebook to log in. When your account is ready, it’s time to organize your life. You can visit the setting to customize the layout and features according to your preference.

Separate your tasks into different sections such as work, family, hobby, and so on. When you receive a new assignment, you can add it to your different categories. Splitting the different areas, you can analyze what you are good at and what you need to improve. Mark the importance level of tasks by choosing the priority options.

Moreover, you can set the deadline so as not to pile up the tasks as Todoist provides a calendar and, even a clock for detailed time setting. Pro tip!
